We’re looking for a talented new team member who has a passion for content discovery, and is a master of organisation and optimisation. The role contributes significantly towards revenue growth and reports directly to senior management.
This is a multidisciplinary position, blending elements of analysis, optimisation, marketing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, copywriting, content management, and creative development.
What You’ll Do:
- Extensive text title and image ad creative testing via in-house ad management system.
- Testing and analysing of key metrics to optimise performance of campaigns in an ROI-driven way.
- Source and purchase licenses for ad creatives.
- Work with clients to collect campaign assets.
- Compile advertising copy and create/upload advertising copy to WordPress.
- Commission advertising copy from external writers.
- Ensure proper set-up of campaign targeting options, click-through URLs and proprietary tracking.
- QA ads to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Identify under-performing campaigns where significant improvement can be achieved.
- Help identify possible opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and performance of campaigns.
- Act as an escalation point for any issues related to campaign delivery and performance.
- Work closely with engineering to resolve technical issues with campaign delivery and tracking.
- Brainstorm new ways to improve advertising and engagement on campaigns.
- Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance.
What You’ll Need:
- Competent understanding of basic Internet advertising metrics – CTR, CPA, CPC etc.
- Reasonable understanding of URL tracking, conversion tracking, clicks and impressions.
- Familiarity with direct response marketing.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Very creative with language.
- Ability to create and edit advertising copy in American English.
- A good eye for finding interesting content and images.
- Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Extremely organized, detail orientated and ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

We’re looking for a talented new team member who has a passion for tackling complex Internet scaling problems. The role plays a key part in company growth and reports directly to the CTO.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement infrastructure for data delivery, processing and access.
- Provide creative solutions for data-related problems at Internet-scale, by mixing in-house and open source technologies.
- Monitor and plan out core infrastructure enhancements (stay ahead of possible scalability bottlenecks).
- Integrate new data sources into the data processing pipeline.
- Conceptualize, architect, and implement strategies to enhance our reliability.
- Create tools for monitoring and analysing the system’s behaviour.
What You’ll Need:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Math, related degree, or equivalent industry experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Full sales cycle including; prospecting, collecting contact information, opening, negotiating and closing.
- Cold call, cold email and network to identify and obtain introductions with key decision makers.
- Gain an excellent understanding of the native advertising ecosystem and be able to clearly explain Yavli product benefits within this context.
- Liaise with the VP of Business Development on potential new business and revenue forecasts.
- Create marketing materials on the merits of using the Yavli service too facilitate the opening and closing of new business.
- Manage new accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Forecast, track and report sales performance.
- Liaise with the technology department on product implementation.
- Travel to industry events and exhibitions, mostly in the U.S.

We’re looking for a part-time Credit Controller to help manage our growing cash flow operations. The role is required for 1-2 days per week and reports directly to the senior management and CFO.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and introduce policies and procedures to enhance the Credit Control function.
- Monitor time period between payment due and collection dates to ensure payment time cycles are not increasing.
- Raise sales invoices.
- Chase and collect overdue payments in a professional manner.
- Liaise with Sales/Account Management regarding overdue accounts.
- Forecast monthly cash positions.
- Resolve ad hoc queries in a timely manner.

- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an accounts receivable/credit role.
